Terms and Conditions


  • Your signature and use of your The Lifestyle Card membership card constitute your acceptance of the terms and conditions listed below.
  • This card must be signed by the member and is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash value.
  • Your membership privileges will be extended only upon presentation of a valid membership card. No refunds will be accorded if card is not presented.
  • Reductions cannot be used in conjunction with any other special promotional offers, programs or The Lifestyle Card membership card.
  • Certificates must be used within the validity period.
  • Cancellation can be honored within 10 days of receipt of package, subject to cancellation fee of S$100 after the 10 day period.
  • Changes and/or additional benefits and restaurant promotions are communicated to members via a monthly newsletter. Please ensure that your email address is given to us upon registration or receipt of your package.


  • Membership cards are the responsibility of the members and are valid until the expiry date shown on the card.
  • Any loss or theft of your membership card should be immediately reported to The Lifestyle Card. S$50 for card replacement, no replacement for Lost Package. The Lifestyle Card membership card is the property of ###One Farrer Hotel & Spa.
  • Upon receipt of the membership card, the card must be signed by the member in order to be activated otherwise the card will be deemed null and void. The Restaurant Manager has the right to refuse discount or retain the card for verification.
  • Once membership is purchased, the member is bound to abide by the policies, terms and conditions of the card set by the Hotel Management. The card is the property of One Farrer Hotel & Spa and the Management reserves the right to cancel the membership when a member does not abide by the policies, terms and conditions set in this program. No refund on the membership fee and or any form of compensatory measures will be extended.


  • Neither The Lifestyle Card nor One Farrer Hotel & Spa shall be liable for an amount greater than the membership fees to any member as a result of or in conjunction with his or her membership.
  • Any queries relating to the use of the card or its validity should be referred to the The Lifestyle Card Customer Services Manager or their authorized representative whose decision is final.
  • Information is correct at time of printing. The benefits, terms and conditions may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice at the sole discretion of the Management.
